He built his foundation at Vital Images and Canon Medical, where he led globally distributed engineering organizations and drove the transformation to modern agile practices, cultivating cultures of continuous improvement, DevOps adoption, and lean portfolio governance.
Jason is known for building high-performing teams aligned around a shared vision and delivering complex regulated software at scale. Currently, as VP of Software Engineering at HeartSciences, he leads development of MyoVista Insights, a cloud-native ECG Management System that integrates AI-ECG analysis into existing clinical workflows, shaped continuously by direct clinician feedback.
